Step 1: Start with a staple.  By this we mean a grain such as brown rice, quinoa or buckwheat.  Something that is going to fill you up without making you feel bloated.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step 2: Choose your veggies. You can really go to town here, adding whatever you fancy.  Feel free to grate, chop, slice, roast, steam, enjoy raw or add flavourings such as spices and herbs.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step 3: Now add some protein: This could be meat, chicken fish or eggs or if you are going for a vegan bowl, then you can choose tofu or falafel.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step 4: Add some toppings.  To create texture, add some nuts or seeds (pomegranate seeds work well) or dried fruits like raisins or goji berries.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step 5: Finally add your dressing.  For extra taste, drizzle your favourite dressing all over such as tahini or olive oil with some freshly squeezed lemon. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
