Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use Worlday as our secure payment gateway.
Worldpay accepts most national and international Debit and Credit Cards.
None of your credit card information is stored on our site.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

If you collect your order from our Devizes store there is no fee for this service.
We currently use MyHermes as our choice of courier, all the deliveries require a signature and are tracked.

All deliveries 1 Kg or under cost a flat rate of £3.50
1.001-2kg £4.80
2.001-10 kg £7.29
10.001-15 kg £9.79
Delivery to The Republic of Ireland, Europe and International customers are not available at this time.

Click & Collect from Devizes

If you place an order by 2pm between Monday to Thursday then your order will be ready for you to collect the following day from 11am.

For any orders placed on Friday your delivery will be ready for collection from 11am Monday.

If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday then your order will be ready no later than 11am on Tuesday.

We are happy to store your deliveries for a few days if you are unable to collect on the designated day.

For Bank Holidays please allow extra time between orders.

 

How long will delivery take?

If you place an order by 2pm between Monday to Thursday then your order will be ready for collection from our premises by MyHermes the following day.

MyHermes operates an approximate 2-3 working days delivery service.

For any orders placed on Friday your delivery will be ready to leave our premises on Monday.

If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday then your order will be ready to leave us by Tuesday.

MyHermes operates a 2-3 working days delivery service.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

None of your financial date is stored on our site.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter then we will store your data suing MailChimp.
You do have the facility to store your login details and account details. We take every measure to keep this date secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation by email.
Your order will go directly to our fulfilment centre. The order is then transferred the following morning to our store in Devizes.

Once it reaches our store one of our work placements from Building Bridges, will pack your order ready for either your MyHermes delivery or for your collection from our Devizes store.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice by email for your order.
