Fig & Date Smoothie

The fresh figs enhance the creamy texture of this smoothie whilst creating a delicious sweet flavour. The addition of dried dates, soy yoghurt and pea protein powder combine to create a wonderful, creamy blend rich in fibre and protein!


4 figs
5 dried dates
1/2 cup water
1/2 banana
1/2 cup soy yoghurt
1 tbsp. Pulsin pea protein powder

 

Preparation & Instructions
  • Wash the figs and remove the stems.
  • Now, add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
