The inner pouch is home-compostable and the outer carton is recyclable.
Arame is a popular sea vegetable in Japanese cooking. Its semi-sweet and moreish flavour makes it an excellent way to introduce nutritious sea vegetables into your diet. It can be sauteed or simply boiled after reconstituting for use in a wide array of dishes including soups, stews and salads or stir fries, curries and casseroles.
