Raw Cane Sugar

The golden crystals of our unrefined, raw cane sugar boast a subtle honey flavour. This sugar is ideal for sweetening coffee or baking with less processed ingredients, such as oatmeal or wholemeal flours. As it’s unrefined and has had no chemicals used in the processing, more of the natural nutrients and flavours are retained.
Grown and processed in Mauritius, the sugar farmers and their small island communities benefit hugely from the Fairtrade premium they receive in exchange for their sugar.
